Priclet provides an API service that delivers instant, data-driven iPhone valuations for refurb shops, resellers, and private users. Our Service includes:

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access our API services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. API Usage and Restrictions

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use our API to:

  • Obtain iPhone valuations for legitimate business purposes
  • Integrate pricing data into your applications or systems
  • Process bulk valuation requests within your subscription limits

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Exceed your subscription rate limits or usage quotas
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Service

4.3 API Keys

We will provide you with API keys for authentication. You must keep these keys confidential and are responsible for all requests made using your keys.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Subscription Fees

Our pricing is based on usage tiers and volume. Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated with reasonable notice.

5.2 Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All payments must be made in GBP unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, provide refunds for unused portions of prepaid services if you terminate due to a material breach by us.

6. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

6.1 Valuation Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate iPhone valuations within ±4% of market value, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all valuations. Market conditions change rapidly, and actual selling prices may vary.

6.2 No Financial Advice

Our valuations are estimates based on market data and should not be considered financial advice. You should conduct your own research and due diligence before making buying or selling decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Priclet Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.

8. Service Availability

8.1 Uptime

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for our API service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice.

8.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service with reasonable notice to users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Priclet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Priclet from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. We may also terminate with 30 days' notice for any reason.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
